I don't know if you ever publish feedback, but I'd love to
find a way to publicly praise Kym of Baby Lala. I was looking for
someone who could restore a really pathetic baby blanket for my 10 year old daughter who
is still pathologically attached to it. It was beyond tattered. Kym
responded to the plea and was so forthcoming with the communication to move
forward with the work. I dropped it off this morning, afraid to even ask
when I could expect it back. Mere hours later she called to say it was
ready. I picked it up and was beside myself with the miracle of the
restoration. I brought it with me to pick up my daughter and I surprised
her with it. SHE WAS INSANE! She
screamed so loud and hugged me so hard. She was walking on air the rest
of the day. The quality and craftsmanship was absolutely superior.
She was thrilled beyond words. Her unhealthy obsession with
this blanket aside, it brought pure joy to us both, to provide this lovingly
crafted, rejuvenated valuable piece of comfort to my daughter. I can't
recommend Kym and Baby LaLa enough. And I wanted to assure her and remind
others that there is definitely a market for blankie restoration!
Lori, Northern California I received a Baby LaLablanket for my baby shower. Our daughter loved snuggling in it from the time she was born and started reaching for it at 3 months old. At 4 months old, our daughter had to have major heart surgery. Her Baby LaLa blanket was her constant companion. Her blanket was badly stained when one of her drainage tubes came undone. I contacted Kym to see if she had any more of this style so I could purchase a new one as the stain would not come out. She offered to replace the blanket free of charge since our daughter loved it so much. I could not believe it when her new blanket arrived 2 days later. Through e-mails with Kym I discovered that we have both experienced some tough times in regards to our children. Through these times, I have met some pretty amazing people; pediatric heart surgeons, pediatric cardiologists, pediatric ICU nurses and now Kym.
