Hi, my name is Kym, mother to Christopher, Gavin and his identical twin, our angel, Scot. When my first son was born, I received a number of gifts that "just weren't me", they were too cutesy-wootsy or weren't functional/user friendly. Who makes "dry clean only" items for babies? They're babies, they spit up, pee and poop on anything and everything! Besides, I haven't slept in two months and I'm going to have the time or energy to take things to the cleaners, please! This prompted me to start making fun, hip and user friendly blankets for friends. After the loss of our son Scot, I realized life is too short and decided to leave my full time job in order to spend more time with my family.

Now that I had the time, I decided that I should start making my blankets available to everybody and Baby LaLa was born. As a mom who likes fun, hip and stylish products, I knew there was a niche to be filled. All the Baby LaLa products have been tested (by all of my boys) and are machine washable (what mommy needs) and earth friendly (machine wash cold, hang dry and recyclable, www.recycle.net).
